Katie Price named 'Celebrity Mum of the Year'

London, Mar 16 (ANI): Katie Price has won the title of 'Celebrity Mum of the Year' for the second time.

The loving mother of Harvey, nine, Junior, six and five-year-old Princess beat off stiff competition from other celebrity mums like Holly Willoughby, Victoria Beckham and Amanda Holden in a public poll.

"wonderful role model for mothers faced with the difficulties of juggling work and motherhood, especially with the challenges she has faced with Harvey" the Sun quoted sponsors Foxy Bingo as saying while announcing the award.

The 33-year-old model dethroned last year's winner Stacey Solomon, who was recently stripped of her title after she was photographed smoking while seven months pregnant.

Price was thrilled that she bagged another trophy, five years after she was last named Britain's number one mum.

"Being a mum is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world but it can also be very hard work - especially juggling a busy career with three kids," she said.

"Even when you have friends and family to support you, it makes a huge difference to hear someone say you're doing a good job and winning Celebrity Mum of the Year for the second time feels like a huge triumph, especially because it's chosen by the public," she added. (ANI)
