Murray admits feeling like an 'idiot' after arguing with female umpire

London, Mar 15(ANI): Tennis star Andy Murray has admitted that he felt like an idiot after arguing with a female umpire at the Indian Wells.

World No 4, Murray blew his top while complaining about a line call in a doubles game with his brother Jamie.

He then hit the roof when the umpire said he had taken too long to decide.

"I felt bad and I looked like an idiot because I was arguing with a lady. I looked like an idiot and I'm not. I just wanted to get clarification on the rule and no one even knows it," The Sun quoted Murray, as saying.

The Murrays lost 6-7 7-6 10-5 to number 2 seeds Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor in their second-round clash. (ANI)
