Washington, Mar 14 (ANI): Former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has said he is not an ordinary person and is not afraid of Red-Warrants, a Daily Times report has claimed.
Earlier in the day, Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik had said that due legal procedure was being followed to arrest Musharraf for his alleged involvement in the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
The Express Tribune quoted Malik as saying that the government had communicated court orders to the Interpol, which would then issue Red Warrants for Musharraf's arrest.enazir Bhutto was assasinated on December 27, 2007 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Musharraf has admitted that plans for a triumphal return to Pakistan later this month could be delayed.
He has not set foot in the country since he was forced from power more than three years ago, but has promised to fight elections due within the next year.
Bhutto, twice Prime Minister of Pakistan (1988-1990; 1993-1996) and then-leader of the opposition Pakistan Peoples Party, had been campaigning ahead of elections due in January 2008 when the incident took place. (ANI)
