New Delhi, Mar 10 (ANI): John Abraham, who was declared guilty by a lower court in the 2006 rash driving case, has been granted a bail against a bond of Rs 20000.
The Bollywood hunk was taken into police custody on March 10 after the court dismissed his plea challenging the 15-day imprisonment.
Sessions Judge N V Navkhar had also rejected Abraham's plea seeking time to surrender before the trial court.
The actor's motorbike reportedly skidded and crashed into two youngsters in Mumbai's Khar Danda area in 2006. He had rushed them to hospital after the accident.
He was later found guilty of rash driving.
In October 2010, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court had sentenced Abraham to a jail term of 15 days for the same. (ANI)
