Lara Bingle loses her licence for unpaid parking fines

Melbourne, Mar 9 (ANI): Lara Bingle's licence has been suspended by NSW police because of unpaid parking fines.

The former fiancee of Australian cricketer Michael Clarke had her Mercedes G pulled over by police on Liverpool St in Darlinghurst on Wednesday afternoon and was told her licence had been suspended because of unpaid parking fines.

As the heavily tinted window on the 200,000 dollars tank came down, the 24-year-old turned on the charm to a stony-faced officer, who upon recognising the vehicle, had pulled the blonde over to advise her that she would be losing her licence until such time as she paid her fines, the Daily Telegraph reported.

Faced with the prospect of walking home, Bingle's rep confirmed the model and soon-to-be reality show subject told the officer that, if he would only wait a moment, she would phone through her credit card details and pay the outstanding fines so he could clear her licence.

It is barely a year since Bingle lost her licence for speeding. (ANI)
