London, Mar 7(ANI): Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho is looking for a big money contract of around 12 million pounds per year and has also demanded Chelsea sign up Cristiano Ronaldo if the clubs wants him to return for a second stint as manager.
Chelsea had fired Andre Villas-Boas as manager of the club on Sunday. Assistant Manager Roberto Di Matteo has been appointed the interim manager till the end of the season.
Mourinho, who managed Chelsea between 2004 and 2007, is said to have grown disenchanted with life at Santiago Bernabeu, and is looking to a fresh challenge next season, The Fox Sport reports.
There have been reports, which have claimed that if Mourinho were to come back to Stamford Bridge, he would want total control over transfer policy, and that most probably, is where Ronaldo comes into play.
Mourinho is high on owner Roman Abramovich's wanted list, but there are plenty of other candidates as well. Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, current German national coach Joachim Low, Rafa Benitez and even former England managers Sven Goran Eriksson and Glenn Hoddle have either been linked or have put up their hand for the job.
