New York, Feb 27 (ANI): Act of Valor, the low-budget, action flick featuring active-duty members of the Navy SEALs, claimed the no. 1 spot at the box office in its debut weekend, collecting over 24.7 million dollars.
The 12-million-dollar film was graded an A by opening-weekend audiences.
New films from bold-faced names Jennifer Aniston and Amanda Seyfried, meanwhile, just plain bombed, E! Online reported.
Aniston's Wanderlust, costarring Paul Rudd, was placed at the eighth place in Top 10 with just 6.6 million dollars, as per Friday-Sunday estimates.
The Seyfried thriller Gone was even weaker, landing up in the ninth place with 5 million dollars.
