Shane Warne's ex wife putting up $1.65m retreat for sale

Melbourne, Feb 26 (ANI): Shane Warne's former wife Simone Callahan is selling her bush hideaway on the Mornington Peninsula for 1.65 million dollars.

Callahan's four-bedroom house, occupies a prime clifftop location at Arthurs Seat.

The property, known as Clahane, reportedly served as a soothing retreat from where she and her former cricketer hubby temporarily patched up their marriage in 2008.

It was also featured in a recent Woman's Day photo spread featuring a trim and terrific-looking Callahan with her new love interest, Melbourne model and sales executive Toby Roberts.

The property features a light and airy main residence, self-contained guest accommodation, tennis court, swimming pool and 4700sq m of landscaped gardens, which provide sweeping views towards the CBD and over the Mornington Peninsula.

"The peace and quiet is the best part," the Herald Sun quoted Callahan as saying.

"I don't get out here as much as I would like to, it's hard with the kids during school and with weekend sports and activities, but over the school holidays we pretty much live down here," she said.

It is the third time Callahan has listed her holiday house in recent years.

It was first put on the market in March 2010 with a 2-million-dollar price tag. The current quote range is 1.5 million dollars to 1.65 million dollars. (ANI)
