Tamara Ecclestone 'roughs it' in new 'controversial' photoshoot

London, Fri, 24 Feb 2012 ANI

London, Feb 24 (ANI): Tamara Ecclestone, whose younger sister Petra recently complained that she doesn't receive enough praise for simply bothering to get up in the morning, has appeared in a series of controversial photographs.

In the most contentious shot, the 27-year-old daughter of F1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone wears thousands of pounds worth of designer labels as she sits on the pavement holding a cardboard sign that reads 'Will work for diamonds'.

In another, the model sips on a McDonald's drink as discarded chips lie on the ground next to her, the Daily Mail reported.

Further images show the socialite in a pink Herve Leger dress and Christian Louboutin heels, travelling on the tube and standing at the counter in McDonald's.

The scenes are a far cry from real life for the woman who treats her pet dogs to daily grooming sessions in Harrods and recently spent 18 million pounds remodelling her 45 million pounds home.

Although her father has revealed that he has put 3 billion pounds in a trust fund for his two daughters, Tamara has complained that she is sick of being criticised for her wealth.

"At the end of the day I'm just a normal 27-year-old girl. I enjoy shopping and going on holiday," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying recently.

"I'm proud of my dad and I'm very grateful that he's afforded me a nice life. But I am not going to spend the rest of my life apologising for it," she said.

The images were taken by the controversial photographer Tyler Shields for his exhibition 'Beyond The Gates', which opens today in London.

Last year, he photographed Tamara lying naked on a bed with her modesty preserved by 50-pound notes. (ANI)
