London, Feb.16 (ANI): Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone has said that this year's Bahrain Grand Prix will go ahead as scheduled despite more violence in that country.
Last year's race was cancelled because of protests against the government and there has been more trouble this week to mark the first anniversary.
This year's race is on April 22.
The Sun quoted Ecclestone, as saying: "I expected there was going to be an uprising with the anniversary. But apparently there were a lot of kids having a go at the police. It doesn't change our position." (ANI)
