My Peter is sexier in his pants than Becks, says Abbey Clancy

London, Wed, 15 Feb 2012 ANI

London, Feb 15 (ANI): Abbey Clancy has claimed that her lanky fella Peter Crouch looks sexier in his undies than hunky David Beckham.

The 26-year-old model even thinks that Becks looks more like comedian Ricky Gervais in his new fashion ads.

The footballer has been seen semi-naked on billboards around the UK modelling his new underwear range for H and M.

However, Clancy said she mistook the international sex symbol for former fatty Gervais, who posed in a pair of gold kecks in a goofy Twitter pic last year.

She then claimed her 31-year-old beanpole footballer husband was far sexier than brooding Becks.

"I saw those pictures of Beckham but I thought it was Ricky Gervais! He looks good, but not as good as my Pete in pants - that's for my eyes only," the Daily Star quoted her as telling OK! magazine.

The mum of one is not the only person to mistake Beckham for 'The Office', after hundreds took to Twitter to agree with her.

"I agree. David Beckham looks too much like Ricky Gervais for my taste. I keep thinking Ricky got naked for some reason,"one user tweeted.

"David Beckham looks like a smokin hot Ricky Gervais ...That's weird," another user wrote.

"Just saw David Beckham's undie commercial again - and AGAIN was creepily reminded of a skinny Ricky Gervais," a further message added. (ANI)
