London, Feb 13(ANI): Tottenham Hotspurs manager Harry Redknapp is keen to see out this season with the club but would take England manager's job if he can move without a fight, a source close to him has revealed.
He is aware of the emotional tug it would be to quit Spurs, but the shout from the rest of the nation to make him the national chief is an equal pull.
Redknapp jetted off to Dubai for a family break, as the race to make him England's next manager hottens up.
Friends of Redknapp has revealed he has gone away to make up his mind before an expected approach from the Football Association (FA), who are drawing up a short list with his name at the top.
The FA is set to have a word with Spurs chief Daniel Levy this week, to explore the chance of landing Redknapp, either for the Euro finals alone or permanently.
Spurs can demand for 15 million pounds due to a clause in Redknapp's current contract, but the League Managers Association are studying the small print to see if that figure stands. (ANI)
