London, Feb 12 (ANI): Top Premier League footballers including Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand and Mario Balotelli are set to star in a TV prank show.
'Euro Wind-Ups' will see the stars play jokes on other players while hidden cameras capture the action in a 'You've Been Framed' style show.
The ITV1 show will be shown in June to coincide with England's European Championship campaign in Poland and Ukraine.
Producers are pulling out all the stops to land some of the biggest names in football.
It is believed Man United's Ferdinand, 33, may be lead mischief-maker as he starred in a similar show called 'Rio's World Cup Wind-Ups' in 2006.
"This has the potential to be absolutely massive," the Mirror quoted a source as saying.
"A good prank is part of the dressing-room culture in the British game, so footballers are more than qualified to star in the show," the source added. (ANI)
