London, Feb 5 (ANI): Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross has revealed that she has weekly therapy sessions to cope with the strain of life in the spotlight.
The 49-year-old actress boasts a master's degree in psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, but looks for outside guidance to help her through the stresses she faces in life.
"Gosh, yes (I go to therapy). Being able to talk to somebody and hear yourself reflected back is really important. We're constantly growing. Life's a spiritual journey. If I have time on a Saturday morning, I try to squeeze (a session) in., the Daily Express quoted her as telling Easy Living.
"I've been under so much pressure for so long, now I'm trying to find a little more ease in my life. I'm trying not to stress out about things, and just be in the moment," she added. (ANI)
