Ukhrul, Jan 22 (ANI): Accusing Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh for trying to stop him from visiting the state and campaign for the upcoming assembly elections, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has said the former's step was illegal, undemocratic and unconstitutional.
