Denise likens relationship with ex hubby Sheen to 'brother and sister'

London, Jan 19 (ANI): Denise Richards has revealed that her relationship with ex-husband Charlie Sheen is like "brother and sister", despite their tumultuous relationship in the past.

According to Access Hollywood, the 40-year-old actress, who recently returned from a trip to Mexico with the former 'Two And A Half Men' star, said that she and Sheen have become "very good friends."

"It's our 'Modern Family,' I suppose," the Daily Mail quoted the actress as saying.

"We've actually become like brother and sister, we really have.

"We've become very, very good friends.... When we all spend time together, it's great for the kids and for us too. We actually get along.

She said that it was important for her and Sheen to get along for the sake of their two daughters Sam and Lola.

"I think (the key is) making it about the kids.

"The stuff between the couple... if you're divorced... it's no longer about you anymore.

"You have to be the bigger person and make it about the kids and so that's what we're doing," she added. (ANI)
