Travel guide names New York's JFK as world's worst airport terminal

London, Jan 19 (ANI): A travel website has included New York's John F. Kennedy Airport as one of the ten worst airport terminals in the world.

Travel website Frommer released its list of the top ten best and worst airport terminals in the world on the basis of cleanliness, services, on-time departure, navigation and ease of getting to and from a city's center.

Rated as the best terminal in the world was Saudi Arabia's Hajj Terminal at King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, the Daily Mail reports.

Iceland's Leifur Eir¡ksson Air Terminal in Keflavik was ranked second. ccording to USA Today, it's said to also feature 'all blond wood and volcanic-looking stone with big windows looking out on the dramatic Icelandic landscape.'

At number five, New York's Terminal 5 was awarded not for only its architectural design, but also for having 'by far the best airport food court in New York'.

Frommers, however, named New York JFK Airport Terminal 3 as the worst terminal. (ANI)
