Aamir starrer Dhobi Ghat is set to be released on January 21 in two languages - English and Hindi. The film is made originally in Hindi but it's 8-10 scenes are in English, informed Superstar Aamir khan at a press conference on Saturday in Mumbai.
For the convenience to the audience, the English scenes would be dubbed and both the versions will be released simultaneously, added Aaamir, the actor and producer of the film.
Aamir's wife Kiran Rao has written the story and directed the movie. This is her directorial debut.
Aamir Khan who is well-known for his film promotion has called a press conference on December 25 to introduce the already known Prateek Babbar ? the son of Raj Babbar and Smitha Patil ? who is playing the lead role of 'Munna' a young washer man.
This 'art' movie is based on to portray the evolving relationship of a young washer man and a girl on the backdrop of Dhobi Ghat.
Made with a budget of Rs five crore, Dhobi Ghat is set to be released 'commercially' on Indian silver screens.
Kitu Gidwani, Nafisa Khan, Monica Dogra and Kriti Malhotra are other casts of the movie.
