Teenagers participate in Coimbatore Go Karting competition

Coimbatore, Nov.22 (ANI): Teenagers from across the country participated in a go karting competition here over the weekend.

Mackinlay Barreto, one of the organisers of the event, said: "We had a huge participation from girls specifically. It is important that we have both males and females participating in the 'Amron Karting Challenge'. As far as Coimbatore is concerned, we have 20 girl participants."

Some participants said they were keen to chalk out a career in motor sport.

"My ambition is to become a car racer and since I was small, I always wanted to do that. My mom and my parents have been supporting me," said Sabir Qureish, the winner of the event. By Jehovah (ANI)
