Today depression has become a major health issue for the vast section of population in the world. It affects not only physically but it also damages body on the mental front and hence it is a need for everyone to know about how to cope with depression for the survival in the toughest and competitive today?s life. Some of the depressions are caused due to situational basis, which discourage an individual with its effects. It can be demise of loved one or losing of some thing valuable in one's life. Apart from these, there are several other reasons like personality factors; drugs and alcohol, chemical imbalance in the body etc are responsible for the depression in a human being.

People live with some expectations in their life and if they get failed in their efforts or circumstances, they feel discourages about the situations and circumstances in their life. Which creates depression in their life, which can be critical and lethal if not noticed and cured on time.

Impact on depression on person's life

Depression impacts in many ways on ones life, which disturbed not only physically but it, also ruin the person mentally.

Emotions: It affects badly on the emotions front where person lost its happiness and he thinks only about the hopelessness and helplessness.

Behavioral: It badly affects the interest of individual in various activities including one's hygienic needs, enjoyment and other things.

Physical Pains: It causes various physical pains and complaints in terms of headache, backache and other complaints.

Dealing with Depression: However it is difficult to say about the periods of depression for particular patients as it can last for extended period of time like months, years and certainly it can be crucial during the dealing of depression of the same.

There is a need to take depression seriously and we must pay heed all the changes occurs in terms of mentally, emotionally and physically so that it can be traced out earlier. We must avoid the extra work tensions in life and follow a routine life, which minimize any tensions and work load in our life.

Needless to say, in today world where speed and work has become the only parameter for ones success, people has become accustomed to live like a machine and instrument which results the plenty of sadness and disappointments in our life. We must be serious about any changes in behavior and mental basis and sharing our feeling with our deer one's and meditation can be helpful in such periods.
