Himachal Pradesh on June 03, 2016: The President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee presented the Merit Certificates to the students, at the Golden Jubilee Convocation of the Indira Gandhi Medical College, at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Acharya Devvrat and the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Virbhadra Singh are also seen.
