The Union Minister for Finance, Corporate Affairs and Information & Broadcasting, Shri Arun Jaitley released the book on the History of Civil Accounts Organisation and presenting the first copy to the President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee at the 40th Anniversary Celebrations of the Indian Civil Accounts Service, organised by the office of Controller General of Accounts (CGA), in New Delhi on March 01, 2016.
