Rajeev Shukla Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs came at the Home Electronic Show (HES) 2012 being held in Pragati Maidan New Delhi.
It is a 3-day show and will run from October 26 2012 to October 28, 2012. He along with Maninderjeet Singh Bitta, Chairman of the All-India Anti-Terrorist Front inaugurated the show.
