Image: Traditional Spitian dish called Thupa

In the home stay facility in Lahlung we were greeted in the evening with a traditional Spitian as well as Tibetan dish called Thupa served much like the noodles with lettuce, local spices and a light gravy which tastes something in between vegetable soup and thick noodles interspersed with a taste of macaroni.
