Guzmania is a genus of approximately 120 species and belongs to the plant family Bromeliaceae. The plant has long, narrow and shiny green leaves arising from a deep central cup that looks beautiful. The flower bracts arise in the summer with an amazing array of colours. Guzmanias require warm temperatures and relatively high humidity to bloom properly.
