Govt. be made accountable to PML-N, says Rafique

Lahore, Apr 3 (ANI): Pakistan's Muslim League-Nawaz's leader, Khwaja Saad Rafique has demanded that the Government be made answerable for the rise in CNG and POL prices in the country.
Addressing a private school programme here, Rafique said that corruption was done in IPPs projects when Benazir Bhutto was in power and the same malpractice is being repeated in the Rental Power Projects (RPPs), under the present PPP-led government.
"It is Asif Zardari's same money from kickbacks that lies in Swiss accounts today," The News quoted Rafique as saying adding further that the National Assembly session to be started on April 5, will be in full swing.
Rafique also suggested that the Punjab Government could start its own projects for power generation, but added that international institutes needed surety that could be assigned only by the federal government.(ANI)
