Islamabad, Dec 18(ANI): Pakistan-based miltant group Jama'at-Ud-Da'wah chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed has said that if the country strictly adheres to its fundamental Islamic theory, it will send a tough message for both India and the US.
Saeed stressed on the need to educate people on Islamic theory to unite them against their enemies.
"If we stand firm on the fundamental Islamic theory of Pakistan and if we educate and unite people on this theory, then by God's grace, this will send a tough message for both India and America," he said.
He criticized the US Government for assuming Pakistan to be a soft target.
He said Pakistan is a strong country, which not be rattled by US attacks.
"Firstly America did drone attacks and then the attack at Mehmed. These attacks are giving us very dangerous messages," he said.
Saeed, who is also the founder of Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), is among the 20 people charged with conspiracy in the Mumbai attack case.
About 166 people were killed when ten Lashkar-e-Taiba members targeted key landmarks in Mumbai, including two luxury hotels, the main railway terminus and a Jewish centre on November 26, 2008. (ANI)
