Swat in strike against NATO attack

Islamabad, Dec 7 (ANI): A strike is on in Pakistan's Swat region in protest against the recent NATO attack that claimed the lives of around 24 Pakistani soldiers.

Following the attack, Pakistan blocked movement of NATO supplies through the country to Afghanistan the US 15 days deadline to vacate the Shamsi air base.

akistan also opted to skip the Bonn Conference on Afghanistan.

U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich has said Washington should apologise to Pakistan over deaths of the 24 soldiers, insisting that incident should not hamper the bilateral ties. (ANI)
