Islamabad, Dec 2 (ANI): The Pakistan Hindu Council (PHC) has strongly condemned the NATO's unprovoked air strike on army posts in Mohmand Agency that killed over two dozen officers and jawans, describing it as an attack on Pakistan's sovereignty.
The council assured full support to Pakistan's brave army to face all kind of challenges while fighting for the honour, sovereignty and safety of the country.
"Pakistan Army is the custodian of our country. We promise to stand by them in thick and thin," the Daily Times quoted the council leadership, as saying.
Underlining the need for change in Pakistan's foreign policy, they said: "We would have to take certain difficult decisions," former member Sindh Assembly and patron of PHC Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, said.
Meanwhile, former Pakistan Pakistan Pervez Musharraf has condemned the recent NATO attack, saying that Pakistan government should take strict measures at a diplomatic level.
Earlier in the day, Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has said "enough is enough" to describe the level of outrage among Pakistanis over the recent NATO attack that killed 28 soldiers of the country, warning that Islamabad could end support for the US-led war on militancy if its sovereignty is violated again.
"Enough is enough. The government will not tolerate any incident of spilling even a single drop of any civilian or soldier's blood. Pakistan's role in the war on terror must not be overlooked," Khar added. (ANI)
