London, November 27 (ANI): Real estate developers in Duchess Catherine's home of Bucklebury have named a new housing development 'Catherine Place' in her honour.
The high-end collection of 'six fine homes' has been priced from 315,000 to 875,000 pounds.
The Duchess, 29, was born in Reading and initially brought up in a four-bedroom cottage in Bradfield Southend before her parents moved to their present five-bedroom house in Bucklebury in 1995.
Developers Rivar Homes said they could not resist paying homage to their famous royal resident Catherine.
"We are all royalists and as we bought the site around the time she married Prince William we decided to name it after Kate because we are all very proud of her," the Daily Express quoted Andy Mash, land director of the house builders based in Newbury, Berkshire as saying. (ANI)
