Eight Pak troops killed in NATO attack

Islamabad, Nov 26 (ANI): Eight Pakistani troops have been killed at the border post of Salala in Pakistan, while four others were wounded in a NATO helicopters attack.

Security officials in the Mohmand tribal region near the Afghan border and a military official in Peshawar said the troops, including a major, were killed in the pre-dawn incident, The News reports.

NATO confirmed it was aware of "an incident" near the border, and said it was investigating.

All the entry and exit points of Mohmand Agency were reportedly sealed by the security forces after the incident. (ANI)
