Beijing, Nov 20(ANI): Fourteen workers were killed and five other were injured in a chemical plant explosion in China's Shandong Province.he explosion occurred at about 2 p.m.(local time) at a melamine production facility of Shandong Liaherd Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. in Xintai when workers were repairing a condenser, the city government said.
Four workers died on the scene while 10 succumbed to their injuries in the hospital.
The remaining five injured are in stable condition, Xinhua reports. probe into the cause of the accident is underway. (ANI)
