Chinese 'topless traffic conductor' a hit on Internet

Beijing, Oct 11(ANI): A photograph of a Chinese "topless traffic conductor" has become a hit on the Internet, with netizens praising his actions as "kind-hearted" and "moving".

A Chinese citizen had directed traffic in rain wearing only shorts and shoes in Haikou town of South China's Hainan province on September 29, the China Daily reports.

According to the Nanguo Metropolis Daily, a man, Guo Xiaoyang, was asked by his brother, who is in charge of a construction site, to deal with equipments brought down by the storm. (ANI)
