Kuala Lumpur, Aug 31 (ANI): Indian students in Malaysia will now get financial assistance for their studies at selected higher education institutions in the country for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Financial assistance, provided by the Indian Scholarship and Trust Fund (ISTF), will only be supplementary in nature and would not cover the full cost of studies," the Star reports.
Students can directly obtain the application forms from the education section or can download it from the Indian High Commission website.ccording to the report, previous recipients of the ISTF's financial assistance, who were still pursuing the same course of study, would be eligible to re-apply for the assistance.tudents will be asked to submit the application form with their latest results and proof of study.
