Karachi, Mar 11(ANI): The Maritime Security Agency (MSA) of Pakistan has detained 26 Indian fishermen for operating inside Pakistani territorial waters.
The MSA seized six Indian fishing boats along with the 26 crew members during a routine patrolling on Wednesday night, the Daily Times reports.
"MSA will continue its efforts to protect Pakistan's maritime interests as mandated by the government," the agency said in a statement on Thursday.
There have been numerous incidents of Indian fishermen been arrested by the Pakistani maritime force for violating the maritime boundary between the two countries. (ANI)
