Islamabad, Feb 25(ANI): Pakistan had to suffer more casualties and render more sacrifices than NATO in the 'war against terrorism', Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said.
Gilani made these comments in a National Assembly session on Friday, the Dawn reports.
The PM said that a stable Afghanistan was in the greater interests of Pakistan. He also said that he preferred dialogues in Swat and Malakand as well, however he indicated that there would not be any talks with those who were working on foreign agendas.
"Militants have to give up insurgency against the people of the country," said Gilani.
"We are ready to hold talks with those who will voluntarily decommission to the tribal agents. We are ready to bring them into mainstream," he added. (ANI)
