London, Nov 3 (ANI): The daughter of South African icon Nelson Mandela has admitted that she found it 'difficult' to watch the biographical film 'Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom' on the life story of the country's first black President.
Many of Mandela's close family will tread the red carpet during the film's premiere in honour of the man who fought for the democratic rights of black South Africans.
According to Sky News, Mandela's daughter Zindzi revealed that she became very emotional when she watched the film for the first time, saying that she found the film very difficult to watch as it reminded her of the pain and loneliness of all those times when she and her siblings had none of their parents with them.
The report mentioned that the producer of the film, which has been endorsed by the Mandela family and the Nelson Mandela Foundation, South African Anant Singh, got personal approval from Mandela himself, who is now critically ill in hospital. (ANI)
