Lahore, Sun, 22 Sep 2013 ANI

Lahore, Sept. 22 (ANI): Pakistan's slain prime minister Benazir Bhutto's son Bilawal is keen to enter politics after turning 25, as he is now eligible to contest the general election.

Bilawal has completed his graduation (honours) in Contemporary History and International Politics from the Oxford University.

According to Dawn News, he is learning Urdu and Sindhi and is spending time in London, Dubai and Karachi.

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has given no timeframe when Bilawal would take the party's rein.

Zardari had told journalists the other day that his son wanted to pursue further studies before entering practical politics.

However, Bilawal's secretary Hasham Shiekh said that he had completed his studies and at present he was keen to take part in active politics.

He said security issues would remain one of the main hurdles in the way of Bilawal to take part in active politics in Pakistan.

PPP Secretary-General Sardar Latif Khosa believes till next general election Bilawal would play an important role in strengthening the party's youth and human rights wings, the report added. (ANI)
