London, Aug 4 (IANS) British fashion designer Alice Temperley has launched a web site that will feature a new blog, the Temperley Times -- where customers can get a glimpse of behind-the-scenes action.
The 38-year-old, who owns fashion label Temperley London, is hoping to keep customers engaged with access to news, behind-the-scenes action from shoots, and contributions from high-profile friends of the brand on the blog section, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"E-commerce has changed the way women shop. We wanted to create a site that delivers everything in a truly Temperley environment in an engaging and stimulating way," Vogue magazine quoted Temperley as saying.
They are also planning to offer customers the opportunity to pre-order looks from the catwalk for their spring-summer 2014 collection.
Temperley explained: "Our customers want access to the newest collections in the quickest amount of time. So offering the chance to shop directly from the catwalk is just another way that we can offer something special to our customers."
