Los Angeles, March 31 (IANS) It seems controversies and Justin Bieber go hand in hand. The singer reportedly faces legal action for allegedly spitting on his neighbour.
Bieber is alleged to have spat on his neighbour outside his California home.
TMZ.com reports that according to law enforcement sources, Sherrif's investigators will refer the case to the L.A. County District Attorney for review after the investigation is completed, and they will recommend that criminal battery charges be filed against the singer.
Officially, the Sheriff's Department say they have no recommendation yet because the investigation is not complete.
However, sources say a clear picture has already emerged, and not just over the alleged spitting incident.
The Department believe it's relevant that Bieber has shown a pattern of disregard for the law, including speeding tickets, fights, threats, reckless driving, drugs and more.
