Beijing, Feb 27 (IANS) A crackdown on online pornography has seen 225 websites being shut down for disseminating obscene and vulgar information, said authorities.
More than 4,000 web channels and columns, and 30,000 blogs and microblogs were also closed during the campaign that started late last month, reported Xinhua citing a statement Wednesday from the State Internet Information Office.
