Lahore, Jan. 30 (ANI): Jamatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed has said that Pakistan has been facing the worst energy crisis because of Indian water aggression.

The Nation quoted Saeed, as saying that India has been constructing more and more dams to "teach Pakistan a lesson". He accused India of constructing dams on small water channels to make Pakistan a barren land. He added that India has constructed 62 dams and wants to construct 250 more reservoirs.

Saeed said the Pakistani rulers are not making serious efforts to take up the issue of water aggression with the world.

He said the withdrawal of the US-led troops from Afghanistan was a clear message for India that it would fail to sustain its occupation of Kashmir with force.

Saeed said the people who want to have trade relations with India and want relaxation in visa policy are "agents" of the India.

Saeed, who is believed to be the mastermind behind the Mumbai attacks in 2008, said it is high time to stop India from carrying out aggression and stressed the need for following the Islam principles to counter such an aggression. (ANI)
