London, Jan 25 (ANI): Call girl-turned-sex columnist Ashley Dupre can now add another notch to her bedpost - published author.
Dupre, who rocketed to fame four years ago after it was revealed that then-New York Governor Elliot Spitzer hired her as a high-end escort, has released a new book offering her advice on how to pick up, hook up, and date men, the Daily Mail reported.
The book, called 'Tricks of the Trade: Advice on Sex, Love, and Lust,' was released by the New York Post.
Dupre, who was last seen in October and was heavily pregnant at the time with fiance Thomas 'TJ' Earle, has written a column for the Post for the past few years giving racy advice to the lovelorn.
The resident Post sexpert's book is comprised of the 'Ask Ashley' columns, written between 2008 and 2012.
The eBook, among other things, boasts chapters about relationships, fetishes, cheating, and family drama.
Her first piece of advice - Don't date a vegan.
"I don't think I could trust a man who doesn't eat red meat!" Dupre wrote in response to someone who is mulling a date with a vegan guy.
"Ask yourself whether you can live like this for the rest of your life. Better yet, ask him if he could date a non-vegan!" she wrote.
Despite that, she encouraged the anonymous writer to go on a date with the meat-shunning man.
She said that it's better to wait for sex, "unless of course, you just want to get your rocks off," adding that physical and emotional chemistry just make intimacy more special and erotic.
The introduction boasts that she was "talking about kinky sex when America thought '50 Shades of Grey' was a boring paint palette at Benjamin Moore" and offers her heartfelt advice with generosity.
Other nuggets of advice include the importance of lube, the dangers of faking it, and her advice on hooking up with a man who has a penis ring.
There's a chapter on fantasies and fetishes, which deals largely with threesomes, cybersex, and affinities to shoes, rubber, and feet.
She also doles out practical advice for the sexually adventurous, including the ins and outs of spontaneous, semi-public sex in bathrooms. (ANI)
