Dhaka, Jan 14 (IANS) Eight people were killed and three injured in Bangladesh when a truck rammed into a road divider and turned turtle.
The accident occurred in Gazipur district, 30 km from capital city of Dhaka, when the truck was carrying fertiliser, Xinhua reported.
The passengers, mostly labourers, were buried under the fertiliser sacks after the body of the truck overturned at around 3.30 a.m., a police official said, adding the accident occurred most likely due to poor visibility caused by thick fog.
