Melbourne, Dec 11 (ANI): Over the past 26 years, Australia's wildest party Darwin's annual Hookers Ball has outraged and amused onlookers in equal measure.
Requiring partygoers to dress up as sleazily as they can legally get away with, the Top End's most outrageous party - which helps raise money for charity - has never been far from the headlines, be it on-duty police being disciplined over raunchy photos while they should have been on foot patrol, to public displays of nudity, or managing to attract B and C-list celebs as hosts, and the inevitable outcry over excessive smut and excessive drinking.
According to the Northern Territory News, this year's party hit new lows of silliness, with male ball-goers forced to check their pants at the cloak room or face a 250-dollar entry fee, the Courier Mail reported.
The entry fee was enforced by scantily-clad "door b***hes."
One partygoer who gladly stripped off his trousers at the threat of 100-dollar entry said of having to remove his strides: "It's excellent."
He than asked one of the pseudo-policewomen: "Where do I put my wallet and stuff," before offering to let her keep his pants.
The man then carried his shorts and walked through the door in his boxers before being told he had to take them off too or he would have to pay 250 dollars.
In past years, the sight of trouserless males parading around hasn't been uncommon. (ANI)
