London, Nov 13 (ANI): Pippa Middleton has reportedly refused to do any promotion interviews for her book 'Celebrate' as she fears embarrassing her sister Kate and brother-in-law Prince William.
According to sources, the 29-year-old socialite's book has just managed to sell 5,000 copies, despite her 400,000-pound advance, the Daily Express reported.
Two weeks ago, Middleton helped publisher Penguin launch her party planning book in a blaze of publicity.
The book that is being sold for a discounted price of 12 pounds, 13 pounds - down from it's initial price of 25 pounds.
The book has slumped to 177 in Amazon's UK book charts, and Penguin is in danger of failing to recoup its generous advance.
In America, the book was ranked at 303 by Amazon. (ANI)
