Pak FM Khar congratulates Khurshid on appointment as India's EAM

Islamabad/New Delhi, Oct. 31 (ANI): Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has congratulated Salman Khurshid on his appointment as India's External Affairs Minister.
