London, Oct 12 (IANS) Singer Cheryl Cole says her ex-husband, footballer Ashley Cole, never apologised for cheating on her during their marriage.
Ashely, 31, was having an affair with multiple women while being married to the singer. This led to the couple parting ways in 2010, bringing their marriage of four years to an end.
However, talking on a chat show Cheryl revealed that Ashley never apologised because it would prove him wrong, reports thesun.co.uk.
"No, never. That would have meant for him that he was wrong and justified me leaving the marriage," Cheryl said.
Cheryl, 29, is busy promoting her autobiography "Cheryl: My Story" and preparing for the comeback of her band Girls Aloud.
