London, Oct 1 (IANS) Singer George Michael has cancelled the Australian leg of his tour due to "major anxiety" following his battle with pneumonia.

Michael was admitted into Vienna General Hospital's intensive care unit after being taken ill during his Symphonica tour in 2011.
