Washington, Sep 20 (ANI): Kim Jong Il's former personal sushi chef, Kenji Fujimoto, who unexpectedly visited North Korea after fleeing to Japan in 2001, said that he found the wife of Kim Jong Un, the son of the former leader, very charming and appealing.
The sushi chef met Ri Sol-Ju, who was only recently confirmed as the young leader's wife.
"She is just so charming. I cannot describe her voice, it's so soft ... She said to me, 'Welcome to the republic. Our comrade, the Supreme Commander missed you the most. He was always talking about you. Thank you for coming'," the New York daily News quoted Fujimoto, as saying.
Fujimoto also said that Kim Jong Un, with whom he had played with as a child, was told that he no longer needed to worry about having betrayed the country by fleeing to Japan.
He returned to the Communist country after almost a decade, and found that the country had drastically changed since Kim Jong Il's son, Kim Jong Un, took over as leader after his father's death in 2011(ANI)
